• Processing invoices and issuing vendor payments
• Processing accounts receivable and issuing monthly statements to residents
• Issuing employee pay checks and submitting payroll taxes to the appropriate agencies
• Compiling monthly financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement with applicable budgets and activity reports, and monthly food computation
• Various reports to facilitate review of community performance are sent to the communities and to owners on a monthly basis

Seasons Living assigns a Regional Director to each community we manage. The Regional Director conducts site visits on a routine basis and also is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for telephone consultation. Working closely with the Executive Director, the Regional Director focuses on:

• Marketing
• Quality assurance
• Resident satisfaction issues

• Seasons Living offers extensive assistance in complying with federal and state rules, regulations, codes, and statutes
• The Seasons Operating System is state specific, with policies and procedures adhering to the requirements of the individual state in which a community is located
• Community licensure, both initial and renewal, is coordinated by Seasons
• Seasons assists in helping communities prepare for annual or other routine inspections by regulatory agencies
• Any required response to an inspection or an investigation by a regulatory agency is coordinated by Seasons

Seasons Living coordinates all risk management services to the communities we manage including liability insurances.
