Seasons Living assigns a Regional Director to each community we manage. The Regional Director conducts site visits on a routine basis and also is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for telephone consultation. Working closely with the Executive Director, the Regional Director focuses on:

- Resident satisfaction issues
- Seasons Living offers extensive assistance in complying with federal and state rules, regulations, codes, and statutes
- The Seasons Operating System is state specific, with policies and procedures adhering to the requirements of the individual state in which a community is located
- Community licensure, both initial and renewal, is coordinated by Seasons
- Seasons assists in helping communities prepare for annual or other routine inspections by regulatory agencies
- Any required response to an inspection or an investigation by a regulatory agency is coordinated by Seasons
