Beach Terrace Memory Care Under Construction and Moving Forward | Opening Fall 2021

Stanton, California (May 2021) — Introducing Beach Terrace Memory Care in the suburbs of Los Angeles in Stanton, California. A 66 unit, 110-bed community offering private and shared apartments for residents who suffer from Alzheimer's and other dementia-related diseases.

The community is just under 80,000 square feet residing on 1.1 acres featuring a mixed commercial space with three stories of memory care. The triangle-shaped community offers a dining room, roof garden + patio, and a variety of themed activity rooms.    

Set to open in the Fall of 2021, Seasons Living will oversee management and eager to begin pre-marketing activities and provide operational support.
