Plymouth, Minneapolis (Oct 2021) — Broadwell Plymouth Senior Living is now open as residents unpack their furniture, hang up their clothes, and relax in the dining room. The 130 unit Independent, Assisted, and Memory Care community celebrated their grand opening at the end of September right as the Certificate of Occupancy was signed and dated.

The spacious apartments and living spaces feature modern architecture and design throughout the 160,000 square foot community. A heated driveway and underground parking allow for residents and visitors to dodge the snow and ice. When the weather warms, residents have the opportunity to take walks in and around the 4+ acre community, sit inside the gazebo, or use the putting green.

The Club Room opens into a multifaceted dining space where residents can enjoy a quick brunch before heading out or inviting family and friends to dine in at the Private Dining Room. The culinary director prepares delicious, regionally inspired farm-to-table entrees.

Broadwell offers a memory care only salon for residents, multiple sunrooms, and open living spaces. Family members can visit the sunroom and then take a walk with their loved one in the enclosed courtyard, which offers raised gardening beds and daily activities.
