Overland Park, KS (December 2019) - Seasons Living, located in Lake Oswego, Oregon, is proud to introduce Forest Creek Memory Care Community - the newest community added to the Seasons Living family. Formerly Autumn Leaves of Overland Park, Forest Creek Memory Care Community will focus on minimizing resident and family impact during this transition.

The professional trained Seasons Living staff are memory care experts with intimate knowledge of Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other memory loss illnesses. What sets the team apart is the 24-hour, specially trained supervision.
