Broadwell Senior Living Under Construction and Moving Forward

Kearney, Nebraska (March 2021) — Seasons Living is proud to introduce Broadwell Senior Living in Kearney, Nebraska. A 136 unit senior living facility with a mix of Independent Living and Assisted Living apartments. The community is just under 131,000 square feet, located next to Kearney Regional Medical Center.

Set to open in the Fall of 2021, Seasons Living will oversee management. In partnership with Goldenrod Companies & Augusta Development, Seasons Living is eager to begin pre-marketing activities and provide operational support.
