Planning and Zoning Commission Approves New Senior Living Facility!

Maricopa, AZ - Shea Connelly Development was granted approval of their Development Review Permit at April’s Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. The proposed Seasons Living senior living facility will be more than 125,000 square feet and sit on 3.22 acres. Offering a variety of care levels from independent living, to assisted living, to memory care, the project will contain 146 units.

The assisted living facility will be located adjacent to Copper Sky Recreation Complex. On-site amenities include a bistro / wine bar, private dining, fitness center with group exercise room, theater, chapel, library, activity rooms, lounges, card room, barber, beauty salon and more. When completed, the project will provide housing diversity for the growing community of Maricopa. A range of housing options can contribute to more diverse, lively, and economically sustainable communities by offering an alternative for all stages of life.
